2. Before You Order

International orders are not eligible for a 7-day appreciation or trial period.
Except for incorrect items or confirmed product defects, all international orders are final sale and non-refundable.

海外訂單目前不提供 7 天鑑賞期服務。
除商品本身有瑕疵或寄送錯誤外，海外訂單一律不接受退換貨。

Our products include natural crystals, minerals, incense, and handmade items. Each piece may vary slightly in texture, color, crystal formation, size, and handmade details.

水晶、天然礦石、香品與手工製品皆具天然差異，每件作品的紋理、色澤、晶體狀態與手作細節皆可能略有不同。

Please confirm the product style, size, wrist measurement, and shipping details carefully before placing your order.

3. Natural Crystal & Handmade Product Notice

天然水晶與手工商品說明

Natural crystals and minerals are formed by nature. Each piece has its own unique texture, structure, color, and inclusions.

天然水晶礦石為天然產物，每一顆晶體皆有其獨特生成條件。

Due to natural formation, mining, cutting, polishing, and handmade processing, the following may appear:

因礦物結構、密度、硬度、開採狀況與後續加工過程不同，天然水晶可能出現以下自然現象：

Natural pits, ice cracks, cotton-like inclusions, mineral lines, color variations, coexisting minerals, uneven holes, slight flat surfaces, polishing marks, and minor handmade differences.

礦缺、冰裂、棉絮、石紋、共生礦、色帶差異、天然孔洞、少許平頭、打磨痕跡、孔位不完全一致等。

These are natural characteristics and are not considered defects. They cannot be used as reasons for return or exchange.

以上皆屬天然礦石與手工製作的正常特徵，非商品瑕疵，不作為退換貨理由。

All measurements are taken by hand. A size difference within ±1cm is considered normal.

商品尺寸皆為人工測量，若有 ±1cm 內誤差，屬正常範圍。

4. Ordering Process

購物流程

Step 1｜Select your desired product on our official website.
Step 2｜Add the item to your cart.
Step 3｜Choose the shipping option that matches your country or region at checkout.
Step 4｜Fill in complete shipping information, including name, phone number, address, and postal code in English or Chinese.
Step 5｜If you need wrist size adjustment, please leave your exact wrist measurement in the order note.
Step 6｜Complete online payment.
Step 7｜Wait for order confirmation, preparation, and shipping notification.

Step 1｜於官網選購商品。
Step 2｜加入購物車。
Step 3｜結帳時選擇符合你所在國家／地區的配送選項。
Step 4｜填寫完整收件資訊，包含姓名、電話、地址與郵遞區號。
Step 5｜如需調整手圍，請於訂單備註欄填寫「淨手圍」。
Step 6｜完成線上付款。
Step 7｜等待訂單確認、製作與出貨通知。

5. Payment Methods

International orders are accepted through online payment only.

海外訂單一律使用線上付款。

6. Shipping Method & Shipping Fee

配送方式與運費

International shipping is arranged through SF Express or our partnered international logistics service.

海外配送目前以順豐速運或本品牌配合之國際物流為主。

The final shipping method and shipping fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

實際配送方式與運費，將依結帳頁面顯示為準。

Customs duties, import taxes, remote area surcharges, clearance fees, or any additional local charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

各國進口規範不同，若包裹抵達當地後產生進口關稅、清關費、偏遠地區附加費或其他當地費用，皆由收件人自行負擔。

These fees are charged by the destination country’s customs or logistics provider, not by LIAN X.
For questions regarding duties or taxes, please contact your local customs office or logistics provider.

以上費用為收件國家海關或物流端收取，並非 LIAN X 無界收取。
如對關稅金額有疑問，請洽詢當地海關或物流單位。

7. Shipping Fee Reference

運費參考

The following shipping fees are for reference only. The final amount is based on the checkout page.

以下為海外運費參考，實際金額仍以結帳時系統顯示為準。

International shipping fees may change due to logistics policy, fuel surcharge, exchange rate, or regional regulations.
The final shipping fee is subject to the amount displayed at checkout.

海外運費可能因物流政策、燃油費、匯率與地區規範不定期調整。
最終運費以結帳頁面顯示金額為準。

8. Shipping Schedule

出貨時間

International orders are generally shipped every Wednesday.
Orders placed and paid between the previous Wednesday and Tuesday before 15:00 may be arranged for shipment on the upcoming Wednesday.

海外訂單統一於每週三安排出貨。
前一週三至當週二 15:00 前成立並完成付款的訂單，原則上可於當週三安排出貨。

If the shipping date falls on a public holiday, promotional period, high order volume period, or force majeure event, shipment may be moved earlier or delayed.

如遇台灣例假日、節慶檔期、訂單量較大或不可抗力因素，出貨時間可能提前或順延。

All times are based on GMT+8 Taiwan Time.

以上時間皆以 GMT+8 台灣時間為準。

9. Estimated Delivery Time

配送天數

Hong Kong / Macau / Japan / South Korea:
Approximately D+3–5 business days.

香港／澳門／日本／韓國：
約 D+3–5 個工作天。

Other regions:
Approximately D+5–10 business days.

其他地區：
約 D+5–10 個工作天。

Actual delivery time may vary depending on local customs, logistics conditions, weather, peak seasons, and local delivery arrangements.

實際配送時間可能因當地海關、物流狀況、天候因素、節慶期間或配送安排而有所不同。

10. Shipping Information & Returned Parcels

收件資料與退回處理

Please make sure the recipient’s name, phone number, address, and postal code are complete and correct.

請務必確認收件人姓名、電話、地址與郵遞區號正確完整。

If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, refusal to receive, failure to collect, customs clearance issues, or other reasons not caused by LIAN X, all related costs and losses shall be borne by the buyer.

若因地址錯誤、電話無法聯繫、拒收、逾期未取、清關未配合或其他非本品牌因素導致包裹無法配送，相關費用與損失將由買家自行負擔。

If a parcel is returned to us, we will deduct all actual expenses, including but not limited to return shipping, original shipping, customs clearance fees, logistics handling fees, and any other related costs. The remaining amount, if any, will be refunded.

若包裹被退回，我們將依實際狀況扣除來回運費、報關費、物流處理費與其他已產生費用後，再協助辦理剩餘款項退回。

If the parcel is abandoned or destroyed by overseas logistics due to overdue pickup or failure to complete customs clearance, the order cannot be refunded, as the product cannot be recovered.

若包裹因逾期未取或收件人未配合清關，導致海外物流端直接拋棄或銷毀，因商品無法回收，該筆訂單將無法退款。

11. Return & Exchange Policy

退換貨說明

International orders are not eligible for general returns or exchanges.

海外訂單不提供一般退換貨服務。

Before shipment, every order will be inspected carefully to confirm product condition.

出貨前我們會進行二次品檢，確認商品狀態後再寄出。

If you receive an incorrect item or a product with a confirmed defect, please contact us within 7 days from the day after delivery. Please provide the following information via LINE Official Account or Instagram message:

若收到商品後發現寄送錯誤或商品本身有明顯瑕疵，請於簽收包裹隔日起 7 日內，透過 LINE 官方帳號或 Instagram 私訊與我們聯繫，並提供以下資料：

Phone number
Clear photos of the defect
Complete unboxing video

瑕疵細節照片
完整拆箱影片

We will review the information and assist you as soon as possible.

12. Definition of Defects

瑕疵定義

The following conditions may be considered defects after confirmation:

以下狀況可協助確認是否屬於瑕疵：

Incorrect item received
Parcel or product severely damaged during shipping
Crystal jewelry broken due to non-natural causes

商品寄送內容與訂單不符
包裹於快遞運送過程中造成明顯破損
晶礦飾品出現非天然因素造成的斷裂或破損

13. Conditions Not Considered Defects

不屬於瑕疵之情況

The following conditions are not considered product defects:

以下狀況不列入瑕疵範圍：

Color differences caused by screen display or lighting
Natural crystal pits, ice cracks, cotton-like inclusions, mineral lines, color variations, and coexisting minerals
Minor differences from handmade cutting, polishing, drilling, or stringing
Slight thread ends or finishing marks on elastic cord
Minor dents or wear on packaging, labels, or stickers caused by overseas shipping
Manual measurement differences within ±1cm
Personal preference differences, such as color, size, wearing comfort, or expectation

天然水晶的礦缺、冰裂、棉絮、石紋、共生礦、色帶差異
手工打磨、拋光、穿孔造成的些微差異
彈力線輕微線頭、收尾痕跡
商品外包裝、標籤貼紙因海外運送產生的輕微壓痕或磨損
尺寸人工測量 ±1cm 內誤差
個人主觀感受差異，例如顏色、大小、配戴感與期待不同

14. Unauthorized Returns

自行退回說明

Please do not return any item without contacting us first.

未經客服確認，請勿自行寄回商品。

If an international buyer returns the item without prior confirmation or sends it by cash-on-delivery shipping, we will not be able to accept the parcel. All related shipping costs and fees shall be borne by the buyer.

若海外買家自行退回商品，或使用運費到付方式寄回，我們將無法受理，相關運費與衍生費用需由買家自行負擔。
